In January 2020, Excitech was acquired by Addnode Group, the owner of Symetri, Europe’s leading provider of software and services for design and engineering activities.
Excitech has now become Symetri, operating as one company since the beginning of January 2021. Please rest assured it is business as usual for us and your service experience will not be impacted.

User Guidance for Creating and Viewing Cases
Following our integration with Symetri, we wanted to let you know that you now have access to the Symetri Support Portal for logging and tracking future support cases. You will have the same level of support and service experience that you had before we became Symetri, however, the way you log and track cases has changed.
We have put together a guide which will help you:
- Access the portal
- Set yourself up as a new user and how to log in thereafter
- Create a new case
- View all your cases and their status
