Many of our product subscriptions and products purchased from Excitech include 30-day free-of-charge support, requiring only that it is activated within 90 days of the transaction.

This service offers phone or email support for teething problems such as licensing complications, installation and basic configuration issues, indeed any instances of the product not working as it should.
