The course length will be dependent on the number of activities for user requirements, design and setup


These courses are designed for the new user of ARCHIBUS Space Planning and Management Activity.
The following prerequisites apply:-

Previous Attendance of the ARCHIBUS Fundamentals Course
Be fully Competent in the Use of MS-Windows
An Understanding of Facilities Management (CAFM) Concepts and Design

    • Analyse Building Performance
  • Personnel and Occupancy
    • Developing and Maintaining a Personnel Inventory
    • Occupancy and Personnel Reporting
  • Space Chargeback
    • Developing and Understanding Space Chargeback Methods
    • Producing Space Chargeback and Reporting
  • Space Transactions
    • Enabling the Workplace Space Transactions
    • Processing and Reporting on Space and Occupancy Over Time
