The video screen is so small, can I make it bigger?
Absolutely. Take a look at our map of the video player below. You can enlarge the videos to full screen mode by hitting the full screen button and go back to the web pages by hitting the same button or by pressing the Esc key on your keyboard.

What security settings do I need to adjust in order to view the content?
Internet Explorer - By default, active content is blocked. In your browser window, click your right mouse button on the yellow bar displaying the security warning and click on "Allow Blocked Content". You should now be able to view the content across the web pages however you may need to do this each time you run the web pages.
Mozilla Firefox - Should you experience problems using Mozilla Firefox, select tools > options > from the headline toolbar. Click on the content tab and ensure that Javascript and Java are enabled.
Apple Safari - Should you experience problems using Safari, select edit > preferences from the headline toolbar. Click on the security tab and ensure that Javascript and Java are enabled.
Opera - Should you experience problems using Opera, select tools > preferences from the headline toolbar. Click on the content tab and ensure that Javascript and Java are enabled.

Why do I have blank areas on the page?
You may not have Adobe's Flash Player installed. If your chosen internet browser has not detected this and suggested you install this, you can do so by visiting http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
