4. What score must I obtain to pass a certification examination?
The passing score varies by certification examination. Please refer to information about a specific certification examination to determine the passing score.
5. What happens if I do not pass?
lf you do not pass, you will receive a Diagnostic Score Report that indicates areas for improvement. You must then wait at least 7 days before attempting a re-sit. You can attempt the examination a maximum of three times a year. lf you do not pass after three attempts, you must wait until one year has passed from the first attempt before retaking an examination. Each re-sit is chargeable at the full test fee.
6. Once granted, does certification last forever?
Certification validates your knowledge and skills using a specific version of an Autodesk application. Although certification for a particular version of an application never expires, certification is not considered current unless you have passed the latest recertifìcation examination, and the full examination for the prior release.
7. How do I update my 2009, 2010 or 2011 User Certification to 2012?
lf you currently hold a 2009 or 2010 user certification you can only update your status by taking and passing the 2012 User Certifications.
