Added flexibility and convenience for your technical support contract with Excitech.
Excitech's Support Web Portal allows you the added convenience of being able to log support calls online as well as via our existing telephone support line.
You can use the Support Portal to submit, update and cancel technical support queries on all supported hardware and software products.
Through the portal you are also able to view previous support queries, resolutions and attach relevant files to your current queries. |

Placing a Support Request
Simply log in to the Support Portal by clicking here and refer to the Login Procedures document which you should have already received. If you have not received this, please click here to download the document.
If you wish to use the portal and do not currently have a login and password to the portal, please call Excitech's Technical Support Department on 0845 370 5554 or email support@excitech.co.uk.
Does my support contract include this facility?
Excitech's Customer Support Portal is available to all support customers regardless of the level of support at no additional cost.
