Based in our head office in Enfield, our dedicated technical team are supported by experienced consultants to resolve any queries you may have. By using a sophisticated call-logging database we can keep track of our support calls and search for calls of a similar nature to resolve calls faster.

When you require software support simply contact Excitech's dedicated helpdesk. Our call logging database allows us to keep track of your call. It also helps us to meet our target response of 90% of calls within 1 hour as well as providing a search facility enabling us to resolve calls faster. Problem Solving

Once the call is in our system we will attempt to diagnose the fault over the telephone. If a simple replacement part, such as a mouse or keyboard, is required it will be dispatched directly to site where it can be fitted quickly and easily.
