Time and Materials
Time and materials calls are on-site calls, where the engineers time and any materials used, are paid for at the conclusion of the call.
Warranty
Warranties provided by the manufacturer can be recorded and managed by Excitech, keeping all of your support requirements on one, easy to understand contract.
Warranty Uplift
Designed to supplement the manufacturer’s warranty, this provides a safety-net when a warranty claim renders the equipment unusable. An engineer will attend site and re-commission the equipment, returning it to a usable state.
Hardware Support
An Excitech Hardware Support contract is a traditional on-site maintenance contract that diagnoses and replaces faulty hardware. Ideal when the manufacturers warranty expires.
Service Only
Service only contracts, provide the response of a contract with the cost of the engineers time included in the contract, but any parts needed are not included and are paid for as needed.
