Telemarketing
The main focus of the role involves telephone contact with potential new prospects with a view to increasing the potential client base of the company, providing new business prospects for the field sales team.

National Trainer
The main focus of the role is the provision of application training for Excitech customers at both Excitech training locations and customer sites around the UK.

CAD Support Engineer
The primary objective of the role is to provide computer telephone support for Excitech customers. There may also be a requirement to attend customer sites on an occasional basis and assist with installation of new computer equipment and/or software. The ideal candidate will have gained experience from a similar role, and have exceptional troubleshooting skills within the AutoCAD field.

Technical Graduate Programme
The successful graduate will have an honours degree in one of the main construction disciplines. This would include: architecture structural engineering civil engineering any others. The qualification could either be in a pure category or combined with an associated disciple such as IT, business studies, economics. They will have the opportunity to be trained as a technical training officer, a specialist support engineer in their own discipline and to prepare pre-sales demonstration material.

Commercial Graduate Programme
The successful graduate will have an honours degree in any discipline. He or she will have to demonstrate a desire to operate within a commercial environment and will have the opportunity to be trained in sale support, office management and marketing. After approximately 6 months on either the Technical Programme or the Commercial Programme graduate employees will be given the opportunity to work in any of the above areas subject to performance and ability. Full training will be given in all areas.

Internal Account Manager
This is a proactive role whereby you will be cold calling leads as well as dealing with existing accounts. With the existing business you will be looking at ways of drawing more revenue by being very investigative about the business. You will be expected to make 60-80 calls per day.

Senior Account Manager Computer Aided Design & Draughting Solutions
Excitech Ltd require a Senior Account Manager to develop and manage an existing territory. The role will be to increase the incremental business and develop new business in the construction arena.

The Principal Customer base will be the Architectural and Construction engineering professionals. The solutions that we offer are whole project life cycle design, manage and publish tools.

The preferred candidate will have experience of the construction industry from a commercial perspective selling solutions rather than products to senior members of design teams.

An overall knowledge of the industry with experience of C.A.D., Document Management Solutions, Facilities Management or similar packages would be an advantage. An education to degree (or similar) would be expected.

This position will initially be based in our headquarters at Enfield, Middlesex.
