Quality Policy

Excitech's success started over 15 years ago when the directors committed to establish a business delivering exceptional service and quality in every area; it is that commitment that elevated the company to its current position as the UK's leading authority and solution provider to the built environment. Wishing to retain this position, Excitech formalised this commitment in 1993 by voluntarily entering the company into the Lloyds Register of ISO 9000 accredited companies. Today this continues to benefit all Excitech customers as proven and accredited policies & processes add great control to the fulfilment of all Excitech products and services.

The Company operates its Quality System according to the requirements of the relevant section of the latest issue of the BS EN ISO 9000 series of standards, and confirms this by having its operations assessed at regular intervals by an UKCAS accredited certification body, namely Lloyds Register Quality Assurance Ltd (Certificate Number 928240)
