Quality Policy
Excitech's success started over 15 years ago when the
directors committed to establish a business delivering
exceptional service and quality in every area; it is that
commitment that elevated the company to its current position
as the UK's leading authority and solution provider to
the built environment. Wishing to retain this position,
Excitech formalised this commitment in 1993 by voluntarily
entering the company into the Lloyds Register of ISO 9000
accredited companies. Today this continues to benefit all
Excitech customers as proven and accredited policies & processes
add great control to the fulfilment of all Excitech products
and services. |

Statement of Quality Policy
To ensure every Excitech client will want to do business with
us again.
- By accurately communicating our understanding of the customers’ expectations
- By
delivering quality products & services to meet those
expectations
- By reviewing the effectiveness of the delivery
against those expectations with a view to continual improvement
The

to the job. Whilst the overall responsibility for ensuring that the systems
and procedures designed to meet the above aims are followed
rests with the, Quality Manager, it is emphasised that all
employees are responsible for, and directly contribute towards,
the quality of our products and services.
The Company operates its Quality System according to the requirements
of the relevant section of the latest issue of the BS EN ISO

assessed at regular intervals by an UKCAS accredited certification
body, namely Lloyds Register Quality Assurance Ltd (Certificate
Number 928240)
The system and procedures in the Excitech Ltd Quality
Procedures Manual are mandatory, and must be adhered to by
all employees.

to improve the standards of products/services supplied to our
