Consulting - Review
The Review phase takes place during and after the initial project. This is to ensure that both the implementation and first use is progressing according to plan and is on course to deliver against the desired goals.
We can also assess the effectiveness of our service, determine any further services which may be required and ensure adequate ongoing support is in place.
The Review phase covers the following services. |
|
|
Project Support
Following on from training and implementation, our consultants can provide project-specific support.
This will support the client through the initial stages of a project as is required to ensure the effective practical use of the software (together with any additional elements such as custom content and CAD standards), potentially from bid to completion.
It may also include specific requirements such as collaboration and specific software or process requests.
Project support may be full-time, part-time or a mixture according to needs but usually starts with a high level of involvement which tails off as the project proceeds. |
 |
Project Review
This project review will assess the effectiveness of the chosen software, technologies and processes and their implementation to deliver the desired goals.
We will analyse the CAD Standards, custom content, project setup, user understanding and experience with our client to monitor results and identify any further appropriate changes. |

Excitech offers a range of levels of support which are vital for most organisation’s in their implementations of the software and hardware systems which are critical to their work. These may be the core hardware and software support provided remotely through to design and project-specific support from the Excitech Consulting team.
Aside from IT hardware and software support, Excitech offers a range of support services to aid the management of complete networks where there is little or no dedicated IT management as well as IT Preventative Maintenance, CAD Support and Retained Services Agreements which allow the call-off of resources from Excitech. |
