Excitech’s consultants can propose an Implementation Strategy for the specific needs of the organisation, their project and their chosen design tools and technologies.
The plan may include the selection of pilot projects, team members and team structure; defining work and collaboration processes; design team support and even carrying out live project work. |

As part of the tailoring of the chosen software, Excitech’s consultants can create client-specific content to enable the benefits of the software to be immediately realised. This may include custom component, symbol and annotation libraries; software-specific content libraries; title frames, etc. |
