Consulting - Delivery
The delivery phase deals with the actual physical installation and set up of the software, systems, processes and training.
It may also cover the first use by the organisation’s own staff probably within a real project.

| In conjunction with Excitech’s IT services team we offer a software installation service including configuration to incorporate settings to match the CAD Standards. This may include license set-up, software updates and extensions, packaging templates, support path configurations, content library paths etc. It may also need to be deployed across networks to multiple users and to meet the IT policies of the organisation. |
Training
In addition to standard public and private training courses, we can develop and deliver bespoke courses, project and/or company specific courses, workshops, CPD seminars and technology briefings. We can also provide Autodesk Professional Certification testing relating to the relevant software. Courses may be offered at Excitech’s training centres or at other locations including our client’s own offices.
Frequently standard courses are followed up with specific in-project training to ensure software is not just being used in the most advantageous way but also that the first project sets an improved standard for the future. |

Initial Project Setup
To help ensure a successful implementation of the chosen software from the very start, Excitech’s consultants can set up the first project on behalf of the client to adhere to the CAD standards defined in the Planning stage. This allows the users to be productive immediately without having to learn the often complex setup of the software. This could cover creating folder structures, project templates, collaboration procedures and briefing staff in the correct use of the project setup. |
