This course is designed to provide delegates with a comprehensive introduction & understanding to the ARCHIBUS CAFM system

ARCHIBUS System Admin (Sybase ASA)

Focus’s on administering the System Security Levels and Customisation.

ARCHIBUS System Admin (Oracle)

Focus’s on administering the System Security Levels and Customisation.

ARCHIBUS System Admin (MSSQL)

Focus’s on administering the System Security Levels and Customisation.

ARCHIBUS Space Management with AutoCAD Overlay

Provides basic understanding of the Space module and selection and development of a Space Inventory, followed by Charge Back.

ARCHIBUS Building Operations Module

Covering: On Demand Work Requests and Scheduling, Plan Preventive and Active Maintenance and Managing Equipment and Resources.

ARCHIBUS Real Property & Lease Module

Covers the tools used to create electronic inventories of leases and properties details.

ARCHIBUS and AutoCAD ARX Overlay

This course aims to introduce the trainee to the AutoCAD Overlay’s ARX functionality used with ARCHIBUS.

ARCHIBUSTelecommunications Module

Covering: Telecom Hierarchies, Tracking Devices, Managing Background Data, Developing Inventories and Manage Asset Moves and Help Desk issues.

ARCHIBUS Furniture & Equipment Module

The course further develops on FM/SM by adding Asset Depreciation, Working with surveys, Trial Layers, Move Orders and Bar Coding.

CAFM Workshop 1 ARCHIBUS MODULES

CAFM workshop days are aimed at the EXISTING ARCHIBUS/FM USER Whether experienced or novice, wishing to get more from the product, explore new areas of interest, or simply refresh and expand their basic CAFM skills and knowledge base.
