FXspace is primarily a web-based product with industry leading products such as AutoCAD and Autodesk MapGuide at its core. It provides web users with the ability to view current and proposed floor plans via the web/Intranet and use them to plan moves ranging from simple small moves to large and complex multi-phased ‘swing’ moves. It also provides the facility to view floor plan data using overlays showing available information from department highlight shading to specific asset locations.

FXspace can be directly connected to an existing ARCHIBUS project database, providing a powerful 'real time' web-based move management solution, seamlessly updating the existing ARCHIBUS staff location data. Combining the traditional modular FM application breadth of ARCHIBUS and the user friendly web-based interfacing of FXspace provides the facility management team, departmental and senior management with a powerful and unrivalled range of 'real time‘ facility management solutions.

Space Management
Deliver web-based Space and Moves Management direct to every member of staff with no client software required – as an independent solution or integrated with ARCHIBUS.

Move Management
FXspace provides users with a unique graphical moves planning tool that allows organisations to coordinate their complete moves management process. Multiple move scenarios can be created allowing even the most complex staff moves and relocations to be efficiently planned.

Project Floors and Budget Tools
Allows users to create and publish proposed floor plans to assist in the calculation of future space capacities. The budget tool allows users to create up to four space allocation data sets for future time periods.

Asset Management
FXspace can store and maintain any asset information. Assets can be searched for and shown as icons on floor plans.

Hot Desking
FXspace provides a hot desk booking tool which allows staff to self book hot desks in day or half day time periods. Users tend to require more graphical feedback of hot desk locations to assist them in selecting an appropriate hot desk, for this reason FXspace allows users to book available desks from a highlighted floor plan.

Business Continuity Planning
The dynamic ‘floor painting’ tool allows administrators to allocate desks and offices for use as BCP space during a failover situation. Where more advanced planning is required the tool can be configured to plan individual scenarios as part of a pre-prepared disaster recovery plan, even indicating the correct workstation configurations required for each scenario.

Mapping
FXspace allows you to view property locations as icons on maps and ‘drill down’ geographically through the property portfolio. Property locations are averaged at higher levels such as country or city to show geographical spread.
