Leases and Tenants' Revenue

Tenants' Revenue - Tenants revenue, with lease code, start and end of payment period, payment amount, year, quarter and month of payment period (year, quarter and month are filled in manually as start and end applicability, accruals, etc., causes different use of these terms).

Costs by Floor

Floor costs shown against the floors they apply to. Floor costs are picked from the Cost Category background data table. A view action is available to update floor costs. The total costs for the floor are rolled up to the floor, and the rentable area is used to calculate a “Cost per Area” for the floor (“area” is used as the term may apply to square feet or square metres).

Lease Areas and Services Chargeback - Floor-driven lease cost model. Lease areas are analysed by floor; rolled-up floor costs are applied to leases by area.

Dept. & Chargeback Detail w. Chart - Chargeback amounts by division and department with horizontal bar chart.

Chargeback by Location - Detailed report of service areas and departmental groups by floor and building.

Chargeback by Business Unit - Departmental Group roll-up through department, division and business unit.

Property Valuations - Multiple property valuations are recorded against properties. Two valuation columns are provided in case there are variations, such as for inclusion of taxes.
