FXcondition has been developed to store Building Condition Survey data, using specially designed templates to upload the data directly from the survey. The data can then be used to create a multitude of reports. FXcondition can directly connect to your existing ARCHIBUS project database, providing a powerful link to other ARCHIBUS modules.
Costing information can be updated regularly using Building Cost Information Service (BCIS) or a similar recognised industry standard. This allows the system to calculate the costs at the most current rate throughout its lifecycle. Excitech recognised that every company work differently and FXcondition has the flexibility to adapt to fit all.
FXcondition allows you to create different data information structures for Internal, External and Mechanical equipment for easier manageable survey templates. Users can also store and view all record documentation including pictures, AutoCAD drawing and executive summary reports.
