CAFM for Companies

Excitech's CAFM Solutions range from simple CAD and Database driven Space Management software to sophisticated Space and Asset Management/PPM/Help Desk and EDM solutions backed by our CAFM Services Unit that provides all services required to design, create, populate and maintain a CAFM system of any scale. Through the provision of Archibus plus other partnering CAFM solutions and our CAFM services and support, Excitech cover the full solution to most CAFM requirements, whether providing simple CAD operator support or providing a full CAFM Turnkey solution from new build to ongoing management.

We know that the full CAFM solution is not necessarily appropriate for companies with, say, less than 300 employees – but the space needs to managed in these cases even more effectively as the transition from steady to massive growth is very expensive if the space and asset information is not managed efficiently or is not easily reportable. With this in mind we have Archibus Express, which has all of the features of Archibus for Space and Asset management, but is a very low cost solution for a smaller number of Autocad and database related records.
