From basic 2D computer aided design tools to powerful and collaborative 3D design and modelling tools for Architecture, Structural Engineering, Building Services, Manufacturing, Plant Design, Civil Engineering and Mapping, Excitech is able to assist your organisation in choosing the most suitable design product for your organisation.

Excitech has worked with organisations of all sizes and disciplines to develop their efficient use of CAD tools and processes to improve and support creativity, productivity and quality to build their competitive position and reduce risk.
Computer Aided Design

Structural Engineering

Computer aided design and analysis software can aid the whole structural engineering process including the collaboration with the other design disciplines working on the project. Structural design can be more productive and efficient using Autodesk Revit Structure, particularly if the other disciplines also adopt the Revit platform - but that is not essential; and for the analysis stage Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis software provides a powerful and flexible tool.

Features include (depending on software used):

  • Improved integration between design and analysis stages
  • More productive methods for generating repetitive elements
  • Bidectional linking for "round-trip" analysis of design
  • Easier handling for design changes and better coordination
  • Link to intelligent 3D models in other applications
  • Faster production of design and documentation
