Mail Manager is a Microsoft Outlook plug-in which unites teams and their data by filing messages in a simple but logical way. It is an easy to use yet sophisticated e-mail filing tool which enhances Outlook to provide team management of emails along with workflow, task and archive management facilities.

By moving e-mails into file-system folders in a structured way, messages can be managed alongside other related documents such as MS Word files. This simple concept allows all related documents to be kept together, rather than spread across multiple systems or at worst locked in personal in-boxes.

Few companies take control of their e-mails, and yet e-mail dominates all forms of communication. The consequences are that, at best some e-mails are filed haphazardly, at worst they remain in user accounts which are often deleted when the person leaves. Mail Manager allows you to take control without losing any of the functionality that MS Outlook provides.
