Autodesk DWG TrueView
This free software allows you to
view DWG and DXF files using the same core technology
as AutoCAD - for full drawing fidelity.
But not only can you view those
drawings, you can also print them and publish them
to DWF file format for subsequent review and mark-up
using DWF Composer.
